Pigeons race from Maroona
CAMPERDOWN Pigeon Club raced 166 pigeons from Maroona last Sunday.
The distance to Camperdown was 100 kilometres.
Results were as follows:
1st Mark Kavanagh of Jancourt East (velocity 1362.44 m/min), 2nd G. and S. McKenzie of Camperdown (1345.78 m/min) and 3rd Rex Perkins of Cobden (velocity 1229.18 m/min).
There will be no race next weekend, however there possibly may be the following week.
